Congenital gigantism of the foot is a rare disorder in which there is three-dimensional enlargement of the foot and toes, affecting all tissues. We present our case and the surgical treatment we provided. Removal of a ray is essential to reduce the width of the foot to enable normal shoe wear. The pathogenesis remains unknown.
